The Folsom High School Marching Band is more than just a performance ensemble—it’s a dynamic community where students grow socially, emotionally, and artistically. Through countless hours of rehearsal, shared goals, and high-energy performances, students develop strong bonds, a deep sense of camaraderie, and lifelong friendships. Being part of the marching band teaches valuable life skills such as teamwork, time management, accountability, and perseverance—all within a fun, high-spirited environment.

The band competes in the Northern California Band Association (NCBA) field show circuit and performs at football games, school rallies, and community events throughout the year. Over the past 30 years, the Folsom High School Marching Band has earned numerous prestigious awards, including Best Music Performance and overall Sweepstakes honors—testaments to both its excellence and the students' dedication.
